Visiting hours+
General visiting hours are 8 a.m.–8 p.m. daily. Some units, including intensive care, maternity and pediatrics, use unit-specific guidelines.
Parking & arrival+
Patient parking is available at every location. The flagship campus offers valet service at the Ridgeway Avenue entrance, Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–9 p.m.
Accessibility+
Wheelchairs, accessible parking, quiet spaces and communication aids are available. Service animals are welcome in public areas and most patient-care spaces.
Language services+
Qualified interpreters are available at no cost in more than 200 languages, including American Sign Language. Ask any team member for assistance.
Dining+
The Garden Café at Aster Ridge Medical Center is open daily, 6:30 a.m.–8 p.m. Grab-and-go markets and vending are available around the clock.
Lodging & family support+
Our guest-services team can share nearby lodging options, transportation resources and extended-stay support for families traveling for care.
Billing & insurance+
Aster Ridge works with major regional insurance plans. Coverage varies by service and clinician; call your insurer before care when possible.
